Reproductive Health Bill - Solution For Growing Population?

Bill reproductive health is national scoop, complete; Right based adequate funding of population programs. However, this bill has not been signed since the time of President Corazon Aquino until the current term of President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo has not approved. People from all walks of life have their own opinion on the bill, some are against, but there are those who supported it. Some say that the Catholic Church is behind the rejection of the bill. I thought Bill reproductive health could help many people especially those living in disadvantaged areas that have many children. A woman who has not learned about family planning often gives birth, if fate met by the mother and the baby is very high. A poor household consists of nine or more would cause difficulties in the management of their income. In addition, the current economic crisis we aggravate their situation in life.
Contraceptive use are more effective compared to the rhythm method. For example, using the calendar is not applicable at all times because if the woman has irregular periods, it may affect the menstrual cycle. Using birth control pills like; I.U.D. and condoms are security tools to prevent unwanted pregnancies. The contraceptive injection is a good tool to prevent unwanted pregnancies and it also prevents the risk of getting cancer of the cervix.
The church is against the proposed reproductive health law because they said it contradicts the teachings of God. I thought that was only applicable before, when there were only a few people living on Earth, but now it is not appropriate to follow this teaching. When I saw the poverty around me, I felt sad when I saw especially children at a very young working age, instead of going to school. Some children are obliged to work to increase their daily family income.
In addition, I am with the side of those who accept the law on reproductive health, because I think it can help many people especially the poor and those who are ignorant about the family appropriate planning method use. The seminars can be held frequently in the rural community and remote locations. Sufficient funds in the purchase of contraceptives can help to give to those in need. The population control can be closely monitored for sufficient funds. Promotion of breastfeeding in mothers may also be encouraged. Abortion may be reduced to a minimum and reduce the knowledge gained about the law on reproductive health.
